THE OREGON ENVIRONMENTAL COUNCIL
The Oregon Environmental Council (OEC) safeguards what Oregonians love about Oregon's clean air and water: an unpolluted landscape and healthy food produced by local farmers. OEC works to create innovative change on three levels: helping individuals live green; helping businesses, farmers and health providers thrive with sustainable practices; and helping elected officials create practical policy.

ENVIRONMENT OREGON
Environment Oregon is a statewide, citizen-based environmental advocacy organization. Their staff combines independent research, practical ideas and tough-minded advocacy to overcome the opposition of powerful special interests and win real results for Oregon's environment. Environment Oregon draws on 30 years of success in tackling our state's top environmental problems.

OSPIRG
OSPIRG's mission is to deliver persistent, results-oriented public interest activism that protects consumers, encourages a fair, sustainable economy, and fosters a responsive, democratic government.

COMPOSTING WITH PORTLAND COMPOSTS!
The Portland Composts! program is a voluntary program designed for food producing businesses to divert food scraps and food soiled paper from the landfill. Waste that is typically thrown away can be collected to make nutrient–rich compost. Our Chef collects all our food waste, stores these scraps in a biodegradable bag, and stows the lot in the container provided by Portland Composts.

GREEN STREET STEWARD PARTNERS
The Bureau of Environmental Services provides Portland residents with Clean River programs including water quality protection, watershed planning, wastewater collection and treatment, sewer installation and stormwater management. Environmental Services is organized into six work groups; Office of the Director, Watershed Services, Pollution Prevention Services, Engineering Services, Wastewater, and Business Services.
